# 9.Development of New Products

We may at our sole discretion develop additional products, utilities, and offerings or functionality of the App or discontinue maintaining the App. In the event we add new products, utilities, and offerings or makes additional functionality available through the App, these Terms shall be fully applicable to such new products, utilities and offerings or additional functionality of the App.
