# 8.Availability

8.1. We shall be entitled to add, alter, modify, as well as suspend, stop, discontinue, cease maintenance, updating and correction of errors with respect to any functionality of the App or the Website, including, but not limited to, to terminate the App or the Website without any notice to you.

8.2. The materials, information and content published in the App or at the Website could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We may (but are not obliged to) make improvements and/or changes to the App and the Website or to the materials, information and related graphics published in the App or at the Website at any time.
