# 24.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You hereby consent that any claim, cause of action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of London, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
